Remembering Bob Peak

October 2, 2024

We are so blessed to have known Bob Peak and call him a friend. He and Judy touched the lives of everyone they met in such a special way. In the world of Bluebird Conservation, Bob’s passing leaves a great void- however his thorough research and his passion for sharing and educating others in such a genuine, friendly way leaves an enduring blessing to bluebirds and bluebirders all across North America. He was certainly our “go-to” guy for information and answers to questions on so many aspects of nature and conservation.

On a personal level, Bob and Judy will always have a very special place in our hearts. Always caring and ready to help us in any endeavor and always an inspiration in their devotion and love for each other. One of our most cherished memories is a special day in July of 2023 touring their nesting box trails and visiting exhibits at Land Between the Lakes and Lake Barkley. Bob and Judy were of course so gracious and generous – they made a very special day for us. We love them both and are so grateful for their place in our lives.
